High rep walking lunges can make you cry

you could also try taking a set of dumbells from Olympic room to the top floor and back, isn't the uni 3 floors, that would hurt too

I sometimes stick some weight in a backpack and do the stairs in my building, more heavy conditioning, but still, no fun

Re chins. One week try doing 100 fat mans in as few sets as poss. Think that'll help too. I'm gonna try it after my hols. 7 sets or less is my goal. Feet elevated of course

2nd workout today

kettlebell swings 32kgs 5 sets of 10reps each arm, so 100 total reps

ab wheel 5 sets of 10reps

neck harness 20kg 50reps weight to the front, 15kg 50reps weight to the back

grip, worked up to 3 sets of 3reps with the COC 2.5 with the right hand, just short of closed on the left

still feelin it from Thursday and Friday

Unit today

Log, 90kg for 3, 100kg for 3, 105kg for 5reps

Farmers, 100kg for 5 runs of 10m, no rest. Too light and too short

Arm over arm big chain + 80kg, 20m(further than last time) 23-24secs

3 sets of mil log 60kg 10reps

Not much energy in the gym today, Frank and Stuart there for a while, doin events for the Scottish, then just Bernie, Buzz and me

Definite highlight, Buzz smoking a yoke and duck walk medley, but I'm sure he will mention that on his journal

deficit deads standing on a 25kg eleiko plate, was standing on a 25 and a 15, but I just couldn't get down to the bar without my lower back curving over

185kg for 3reps, 195kg for 3reps, 210kg for 4reps Belt on for the 210, still feel really fatigued, so didn't push very hard

shrugs 120kg, 3 sets of 10reps, double overhand grip

GHR holding 10kg, 3 sets of 10reps

Calf raise machine stack 3 sets of 20reps
