One week try doing 100 fat mans in as few sets as poss. Think that'll help too. I'm gonna try it after my hols. 7 sets or less is my goal. Feet elevated of course | ||

Too light and too short Arm over arm big chain + 80kg, 20m(further than last time) 23-24secs 3 sets of mil log 60kg 10reps Not much energy in the gym today, Frank and Stuart there for a while, doin events for the Scottish, then just Bernie, Buzz and me Definite highlight, Buzz smoking a yoke and duck walk medley, but I'm sure he will mention that on his journal | ||
