or is that more than twice a week?

No mate, twice a week, easy session and progressively harder one. I reckon where your squat is just now you could run it twice over winter and add 40kg easily

Looking back through my log, I think what I can safely say is, I can't press OH well on Wednesday if I have done heavy RDL on Monday, however, benching is fine

I'll have to bare this in mind sorting out my program after the UK qual

oh and it looks like the gym is open today again somehow

The roof fell in? Which gym? You were not on roof mounted climbing rope or anything at the time were you?

Looks a decent session anyway. What are you doing for those lockouts?

Scotlands UK strongest man qual

Basically after seeing the events the UKs and realizing I could never get past the first day, a lot of my already diminishing drive left me

Log
100 to 120 were all wobbly really, 130, no chance

Deadlift
Awkward bloody thing, couldn't find the right pulling angle, 2 reps

Stones
At this point I was kinda going through the motions, failed the 150 stone

Arm over arm
Chose the wrong style of pulling, and Ken beat me Unhappy

Shield walk
Middle of the pack

Medley
Pretty quick, top half

Finished 7th, and really that's exactly where I am. Mentally more than physically I need a wee break.
