Haha, you would think! 125, on the thin yellow log back in unit 20!

Think I just need a bit of practice and 130+ will be there, the UK s may come too soon though Unhappy

It just slips down my stomach when I try to go from the squat to standing

what I think I'm doing wrong is not pulling the log towards me enough, and not sticking my belly out.

I do chalk up and whatnot

I would be happy with 130 tbh, just haven't put the practice in with a log in a long time

You should be able to clean much more than you do. Last time i seen you do log youwere indeed making an absolute meal of the clean. You have described a lot of what you are doing wrong though, so you do know how to fix it. I also think you need to be aggressive with log cleans

yeah when I failed the 130 clean it barley moved, then when I really attacked it, it came up pretty quickly

Hunter cleaned a 120 log, just bicep curled it, lol

Finally feel well rested again
RDL
260 kg for 4 reps, solid, 5 was there but would have been a grinder so left it

Power shrug things, 220 kg for 3 sets of 8 reps

Squats
145 kg for 10 reps, feeling better

Superset of
split squats 15 kg for 3 sets of 8 reps
and leg press 3 sets of 15 reps

Superset of
Calves 3 sets of 15 reps
Ab roll out, 3 sets of 8 reps

Tabata front squats, 45 kg, 8,7,6,6,4,4,4,4, legs had nothing left

I think the plates would be 3 or 4 inches off the deck

I did 3 with 260 last week, but not in the rack, taking it off stands, which makes it a lots harder cause you have to walk back a few feet, but I grazed the floor with those


I'm looking forward to getting the UK qual out of the way, cause then I will be able to concentrate on my squat, my hip is pain free and it is gradually moving more the way it should, so I think twice a week squatting with a bit of structure would be a good idea for me

Russian Masters seems to be what all the cool kidz are doing

or is that more than twice a week?
