actually been very busy at work, and had to go in during the night Tues and again tonight, not used to it Happy

Not much time or energy, at the gym for 7am

Front Squats, 90kg for 3sets of 5reps all paused, right hip still sticking high, but got a few more stretches to try

Chins 5sets of 5reps

Cheat curlz. 60kg, 3sets of 8reps

20 minutes of intervals on the cross trainer, actually pushing hard, couldn't do the rower or anything more worthwhile as my lower back was so ruined

so what did you think of the 60kg challenge? excellent conditioning tool or is it just a sadistic f**k you up exercise?

I actually really enjoyed it

if say Drew had been there to shout at me I'm pretty sure I would have gotten through 8

I quite like the conditioning with weights I've been doing, tabata and kettlebells into sprints

i felt inspired by your tabata Squats and did them, you sick S.O.B there should be a warning with those type of things.

but i did feel awesome after it though

yeah the way I'm looking at it is as it has 2 fold benefits, obviously conditioning, but also my form and flexibility on fronties is not good, and you end up doing a lot of reps, which should help

good point they worked well on the Back squat too.

Just finishing a Dan John book, thats why I'm doing tabatas and stuff

some quite good stuff in it

Cool. I dont know much of the Scottish scene outside you guys, Ken & Cherry and a few of the (former) 105s (Lee Allen, Junior & Snedz etc)

Goal is a (theoretical) top 5....I'll have to just make sure I get all my times/reps etc and calculate were I would have come at the end!
