Therefore 2 truncated sessions in one today Close grip bench 110kg for 5reps, 130kg for 3reps, 150kg for 2reps(pretty comfy, could have got more, but log pressing tomorrow so took it easy) Squat atg 120kg for 5reps, 140kg for 3 reps, 160kg for 1reps (very easy, just getting used to form, and again training tomorrow) Dips bodyweight 25reps Chins bodyweight 8reps | ||
