Anyhow, was still in "voulme week" so 60% 1RM as follows:- 60KG x 10 95KG x (10 sets of 6) - this was fairly easy, however, the width of my grip does cause me some probblems when takin out and puttin back into squat rack. Hey ho!! Anyway, cant wait for strength phase for next 4 weeks. Also performed Front Squats 70KG - 10 sets of 4 - these were bit harder, if only cause my technique is dog s**t Then some abs to finish including "the plank", medicine ball work, sit ups and training partner punching the s**t out of my fat belly and obliques!! Will be working later tonight so next app at gym will be tommorrow me thinks. Am looking forward to the next few weeks training | ||

Had my lovely knew pro-fit second skin on and was focussed on having a cracking session. Training been a bit sporadic due to work, but was as follows:-T-Bar Rows- 60KG 6x6 - easy warm up Shrugs 130KG 4x6 - again quuite easy leading into deads DL - 160KG 6x2 - weight felt fine although will be struggle doing 6x6 in 4 weeks time me thinks Rack Pulls 3x3 180KG - found these quite hard. Was the 1st time I have done these and found my positioning quite awkward at first. Hopefully will get better with practice Concentration Curls - 4x6 30KG Some rear delt work to finish. Was a good workout really, just bit concerned about how difficult I found the rack pulls. Hey-ho, 180KG rack pulls will be like a peanut in 3 months time | ||

Quite a few people can be weaker out of the racks at certain positions so I wouldn't worry about it - I know anything shin area for me is harder than off the floor because I lose all my leg speed. | ||

Felt pretty fatigues from day before, but have bit of time restriction this week. Also feel a bit gash due to cold/chesty cought that wont shift - bas***d!!Anyhow, training was:- Bench Press - 135KG 6x2 - this was pretty easy, am really looking forward to 6x5 and 6x6 in weeks to come Strict OHP - 70lb Bells 4x5 DB Curls - 6x6 50lb - should have give a miss after bi's yesterady, but was only one off Abdominals:- Plank x 60sec & 45 sec Crunches & Weighted Rope Pull Downs Was also meant be doing Box squats but back was still sore and felt pretty s**tty. Was bit frustrated bout squats, but ok workout all in all | ||
