I thought Joplin choked on a sandwich? Member 616, 8404 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 220530.0 kgs @ 78.8kgs UnEq | Back was shocking yesterday morning then just eased off throughout the day. Felt ok this morning. Not 100% but I thought a bit of movement would do me some good so went to unit squat in flat shoes 120/3 130/3 (1st rep nice other two ropey) 140/1 best rep of day. Was meant to be 1+ but thought I'd stick to it for the back sake 15" dead 150/3 170/1 190/1 again 190 was 1+ but took it easy lady log (or 8" log) 30/40/50/60/70/80 for 2 90/f press. If I used belt clean was easy but felt bizzare on shoulders 240 chain drag 30m helped get set up for the first timers tomorrow. Should e a good one

I thought Joplin choked on a sandwich? Member 616, 8404 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 220530.0 kgs @ 78.8kgs UnEq | Had a weeks holiday. Niggles like my back have healed up and I feel good. A little fatter too after a week of cake every 3 hours should of been good today but was sub par on everything. Had no focus whatsoever today and just pottered around log. Up to 85/4 f5th. Eh yoke press 60/70/80/doubles 90/1pb easy 100/f crackpipe. Miles off today axle c+p as a pre dead warm up 55/65/75/1 cont and press 85/1 cont clean only 95. Clean was easy but knew not to even bother pressing it axle dead 115/135/155 all for 5. 175/f slipped out rt hand as bad rolled up thigh. Not far off but 200 for the under 90's is. Need bigger hands 15"ers. 130/150/170/2 190/1 210/1-slow of floor but as soon as it broke it was really easy. Don't like this height farmers 15m onto a sled and drag back. 70 and 90 easy. Stood about to long so didn't bother with the planned 110's as I thought I should just go home and give up today somehow was around 3 hours. But had fun pottering around with emo garry lee and baldy
