Really pissed off and not at the same time

Deads used some random of plates to get closer to my planned opener of 190 see how it was. Should be piss

180/1x2 WTF felt heavy as he'll

190/f at lockout !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4" deficit dead 100/5x3 tried to explode off floor

Back ext 15x3

Leg raise 10x5

This is an easy weight and i'm sure I ballsed it up for the usual tired head not in it bo***cks but f**k me it pissed me off

On the plus sidei know it'll be fine and I'll see how It goes with warm ups and either go 190 of if I have to 180. Plan in my head was 190/200(comp pb)/210(overall pb)

You did do those trap bar pulls on Sunday man, will have taken fair bit out of you. Take a breather from pulls for a bit, 180/190 shouldn't be a struggle, and when it is most likely you're overtrained (on them at least). Open 'light' man, no more than 180 imo, and gauge the 2nd/3rd from there.

Indoors at a place called alian rock in edinburgh

Used to climb at uni a fair bit a little indoor but mostly outdoor. I went to leeds so played on all the gritstone just north of there. Berham, cow and calf, and the like

4 stone extra doesn't make you a better climber

Cool! I climbed indoors about two years ago at the Castle in London. Only been outside twice (Froggat?) and loved it. I've just not gotten around to climbing for the past year but would like to take it up again. Best way to spend time outdoors imo.

I can imagine that it must feel awkward climbing again at 4 stone heavier
Grin Still, I've seen really good cliombers who are quite big fellas and not very slim. Technique is 90% of the game after all. And once you are outside you don't seem to need to tackle the hardest routes in order to have fun.

Played at the unit yesterday

Axel up to 70

Scaphopd up to 85ish for singles then dropped for reps

Frame hold - s**t

Loaded 100 keg a few times and couldn't land 117

Yoke 210/10m solid 250/ a little bit. Back was tired

Close grip axel up to assisted single at 105. Reps at 95 was a better set
