Drove 2.5hrs back. Usual stiffness from that. Head all foggy post interview Thought f**k it Paused bench 112/1 122/1 pb 127/1 pb in general let alone paused Sq belt less 140/3 stiff/vommy so called it Sumo belt less 150/5pb meant to do 130. Loaded 150 and thought f**k it Deficit belt 180/2 pb I think | ||

Very little if any rest Belt less Sq on a bent bar box less too which I haven't done for a while Doubles 60/60/80/100/100/120/120/130/130/140 So I felt strong but pure made that s**t as expected. The rest was good fun though Shrug 60/100/130/160/180x10 Db shrug 36s/36x3 kb snatch 16x10 each arm Turn about Kb swing 2x16x10. 3 sets each Made a point of attacking these.
