Beltless back up to 140/1

Paused bench up to 115/1

To be honest, the fronts weren't bad because they're light and I messed them up so didn't try that hard

The bank sq was fine

The bench routine

So only the dead was a challenge

More BB in pure gym. Was night shift last night. Quiet night until a man shot himself in the head and a 16 year old lass jumped off a car park.

Only slept for 1.5hrs so I could go buy my families xmas presents for cheap which im celebrating on the 31st

Dont like the bench or bar at pure gym so thought f**k it

My belated Christmas is almost over. Back to work tomorrow. To try and undo the drive back up I stretched my hips this morning

7am session. No caffeine. Fasted. All alone 2x no shows Unhappy

Beltless sq 60/60/80/100/120/3 125/6quickly put wrist wraps on as they were really sore /4 more reps.

A bit of a break but all done in the same song so didnt take too long. Had more but no pep today

135/1 paused

Back home to go back to bed as night shift
