Quiet night until a man shot himself in the head and a 16 year old lass jumped off a car park. Only slept for 1.5hrs so I could go buy my families xmas presents for cheap which im celebrating on the 31st Dont like the bench or bar at pure gym so thought f**k it Inc smith press. No idea of weight. Up to a top set of 10 then 5/5/5/5 rest pause Everything else 10x5 Cab row Seat dumb press 30s (3 sets) 1 arm cab pull down Machine press 15x3 Csr 15x3 Rope push down Seat db curl Lat raise into rear raise Oh bar ext Ez curl | ||

All alone 2x no shows Beltless sq 60/60/80/100/120/3 125/6quickly put wrist wraps on as they were really sore /4 more reps. A bit of a break but all done in the same song so didnt take too long. Had more but no pep today 135/1 paused In a belt 135/3 Snatch back etc 10x3 Roll out 10x3 Back home to go back to bed as night shift | ||

Strict paused off pins 70/4/4/4/6 2 board bench 100/8 110/5 Chest ups from a hang. +10/3x10 sets in between above sets Feet up 60/25 Inc 60/12.
