Felt like vomiting after bench. Curls made me feel better

was squatting out of a rack as it was busy, had 100kg on the bar, emptied one side as is normally safe, bar tilted and fell off in the predictable way, landed on my ruck sack which had my phone in it



phone works, but the back, casing and even the glass is bent!!!!! wtf, got insurance so its no biggy, but still
