180/10 was an all time best. May have been a 'buzz' set

180/8 was a better set

if I get back to there it would be a big back health confidence boost

Squat. Still feel hip when stretching

beltless triples 60/60/60/6₩/60/80/100/120/135/142.5pb I think or equal 142.5/3 in a belt so much better. Thought about going heavier and realised I'm been stupid

Bench paused 110/3 comfy 117/1 122/f slid up bench. Was close. 120 is my best fresh so not bad

2 board for lols. Paused 100/5 110/3 110/3 comfy but didnt want to go mad

100/3 at 1/2/3 board without racking. Holding it that long was hardest part

band face pull. Band rear delt paused. Band pull apart

dead 180/4 didnt like them 100/2 140/1 180/8 happy with that. The 10 set pb wasnt done all in one go, bit of pottering in between etc. This was and there wasnt a 9th there

lat pull down 4 sets
1 arm lever pull down 5 sets
1 arm cable row 3 sets
1 arm band row 4 sets
curls 3 sets

No much more confident repping rather than maxing. The most ive pulled since injury is still 190/1 lol
