today had a good one

axel cont clean and press - trying not to use belt as a rest and use my gut instead

up to 70/2 double overhand
80/2 had to do mixed grip then switch
85/1 had to use belt
85/3 + 1 clean(failed press)pb - 1st 2 without belt, then belt after
90/1pb
95/2 cleans but no press

keg
65/1x6
85/a few fails, too big a step but all ive got
65/5x3

21" rack pulls, up to 215/1x2 then put wrist straps on 215/4 + 1 dissaoloud for not locked out but im sure it was

after getting a pb the last 3 or 4 sessions the inevitable happened today

i was absolute gash. i blame the run yesterday, i hate running and am now in a real mood

was meant to be 2 doubles and as 335x3x3 was alright last week thought id have a crack at 355 if it felt right

squats warm up to 275/2 wraps on 315/2 335/1 (last warm up just to feel weight, thought 315-355 was too bigger jump)
355/f went onto toes and dumped it rather than fall forwards, which i was close too
355/1 but in an effort to get it in for sure it was about 3 foot too high, and when your only 5.6ish thats quite high


fronts, 205/3 185/2 - dumped cause thought i might s**t myself, 185/5 145/8 155/6

leg ext, 5 sets up to 180/10

weighted abs on incline, 5 sets up to 90/6




pissed, bench tomorrow to make up for it

good day today

deads up to 405/2pb - easy first time doubled
425/2pb - 1st rep easy 2nd easy bit slower, this was my old 1rm
445/1pb
455/f - didnt move off ground, someone called me a prick and said it was only a buiscuit more, your a disapointment and get it sorted, went back in.... went up to thighs but didnt drive hips through.


clean and press, bit slow. 135/155/175 195-cont cleaned no press

c/s row, 45/10 90/10 135/10x4

dumb shruggy row thing, 65's/10 80/8x2

pull down, 5 sets of ten up to about 200 but then grip went at 5th rep

2 lads greeted each other today, one started to show of his new trousers and said he prefered trousers that were narrower at the bottom as it made you stronger at squatting?????????????????????????

was in krakow fri to tue, didnt eat anything and drank a pint or too as was on a stag wasnt expecting much today and was right now too

Abbreviated today - partly cause I was busy and had to be quick partly I was a bit s**t

Deads 315/1 405/1 455/f couldn't have been any closer

Ok day at unit

Axel clean and press. Propped clean up to 70 cont after. Up to 85/2 + 2 cleans but couldn't press
Who knows whats happened there maybe been outside maybe 1rm bench on we'd maybe been gay

Axel off rack 85/2,, strict 60/7 60/some

Frame dead to front big tire for 1
Frame hold side handle big and little tire. Wasn't timed someone suggested 15 secs. Wasn't to failure but close enough

90k shield carry 7 lengths (about 84m if 1 was 12m or so. Either way one more than buzz)

Farmers just under 15m 70 90-10sec 100 -not timed 2nd trip with 100 was s**t lower back was fried

Axel chins palms in 5, palms out 5x3, palms in 4

Rope chins 6x4

it was ok, bit disapointed with the pressing and farmers, ill horse into them next time ot make up for it

today
was feeling it in the lower back after fri and yesterday, would of liked ot wait till tue but would of been post night shift and im always kack post night shift

1"below para box squat, really focusing on form as not gowing to throw weight around today, 185,205,225,belt on, 235,245,255/5 t+g265/3 started loosing arch, propper box squat again bletless 185/5x2

fronts onto same box, 135/5x5

knees to eblows, 12/8/6

instead of working the posterior chain i gave my favourite afterthought a go,
lying cable curl, 20/40/60/80/100/120/ 140/10 140/8 140/6+2 cheat


ive decided no to do the open in a few weeks as i was only doing it ot get some pbs, which ive done in the prep anyway. so im going to concentrate on the unequipped and dumfries, the more important ones to me
