So much better than without caffeine at this time 25mins stretching Sq. 125/4x7 some decent reps 10 sec Paused sq 100 110/1x2 counted by cat High hang power clean 50/60/70 doubles 1 arm carry 35 each arm. 20 each arm. Oh 1 arm carry 12kg kb and 20kg kb Distance was 2x width of my gym. 30m odd Then 1hr walk up and around arthurs seat. Was slippy. Fell once. Pro boxing career over before it began | ||

Thought it was gonna be crap but was pleasantly surprised Paused bench. 97.5/8pb /8pb /8pb. Solid as well. Didnt have anymore on the 3rd set though Inc db bench 30s/12/10/12 Chin 20/8x3 looser form Pull down. 1 massive drop set Csr 4 sets Rev push down 5 sets 1 arm cab rows 4 sets Cab curl 4 sets 1 arm cab shrug 4 sets Band Lat raise 2 sets Band face pull 2 sets Rev wrist curl 2 sets Fat grip extreme curl 3 sets | ||
