Took today off. Went to gym early so I didn't waste it

7am. Fasted caffeine. So much better than without caffeine at this time

25mins stretching

Sq. 125/4x7 some decent reps

10 sec Paused sq 100 110/1x2 counted by cat

High hang power clean 50/60/70 doubles

1 arm carry 35 each arm. 20 each arm.

Oh 1 arm carry 12kg kb and 20kg kb

Distance was 2x width of my gym. 30m odd


Then 1hr walk up and around arthurs seat. Was slippy. Fell once. Pro boxing career over before it began

I need to get into dips. I find the handles a bit wide though. Might try them downstairs again see if that helps

Downstairs is good that's the one I use upstairs is wide as, could always try ring dips with the trx handles if you need something closer. Might be hard to balance but always worth a shot.
