Post night shift. Went to pure gym next door again as was only scheduled to go light

seated strict 60/10x3

was meant to be 55 but figured s**ts plates will weigh light

Pure gym does seem to contain a lot of very slim fellows doesn't it! Really slim and really lean people who all squat the same number. Every time I've been in there it was 60 on the bar from start to finish. Then you get the high squatter with the pad on the bar and 100kg. Place is amazingly uniform.

There wasnt any one squatting. 1 guy dead lifting 50kg. A lot of incline flys

there was also a high proportion of asian chaps

But not one squat?! Shiiiit. In the place I train now its cable crossovers. Everyone's doing those and seated dumbbell curls. Guess you'll always get a rack though? Unless they're incline flying in it haha

Impressive pendlays. 100 is a good amount to row.

Nah he was dead lifting with the bar from the rack. Then did bent over rows. Then did grappler rows

Shoulder felt s**t though. Benched upstairs and the racks different. Wondered if it's the 2 weeks wide grip haunting me or if I was jusy benching like a spanner. Was touching a little low. Reason I did it upstairs was to do....

I went into today with no shoulder niggles at all. Sure its just a mix of things. Will see how it is over next few days. Im working over xmas so I think ill just drop this wave. Do random pump stuff over xmas when I can get in a gym and pick the wave up after xmas. Potentially mildly lighter
