Amazing few sessions mate. Strongman stuff, especially yoke was really good. THey're nice deep squats too. Just be careful with your knees coming inwards on the way up, I think thats what did mine in years ago.

Speed Bench (Med grip) :

20kg KB Strict Press :
  • each arm x10

20KG KB Swing :
  • x20

  • x20
  • x20


Comments : Good session. Done loads of sets with 70kg on push to try and find a technique that works for me. Made a bit of progress with it so happy with that. Bench was fast, 30s rest between sets. KB swings will be done after each session now I think.

Front Squat :
  • 60kg x 6
  • 80kg - 4x6


GM's :
    Traps say no during warmup for them


Comments : Good session. Decided to go for a deadlift PB so worked up to 210kg and got it. Easy than expected too. Mixed the pullups up a bit. Front squats were very easy but hard on the wrists, trying to get used to the bar positioning and develop the flexibility. Traps said no to good mornings to left it there.
