Cheers guys, I think after having 360kg on my back last week on the yoke 200 just felt comfy enough, plus the 300kg partial as I didn't adjust the yoke height from Kev's runs until 360. Grin

Not blaming - thanking! Thought "hmmm if I can partial 300 I gotta be able to do something with 200!". Will find something to blame on you though.

Cheers JC. Dunno about the wraps, I do have some but have never used them, got them out of my bag yesterday but dont know how to put them on.lol. The two times I have worn wraps Mark Haydock put his on me. Will maybe go for a unequipped (belt only) PB next time I am at Olympic or something as it looks like I will have to miss the Lanc Uni meet due to work.

He did the IAWA Worlds in America a month or two ago and won (was close though). I think he might be doing an IAWA record Breakers comp' in Scotland sometime soon (but with baby on way he might not be able to). Its mostly "odd lifts" in IAWA, i don't know what half of them are but they also do a powerlifting meet an the Midlands Olympics (pretty sure Mark won both of them as well).

Pete, I think he his just happy lifting at the IAWA comps which don't take forever to get through, small friendly bunch etc... I'd love to see him at the push & pull and SSM2 but can't see it at the moment.

Monday 16th Nov

Squats

60 x 10
100 x 6
140 x 5
180 x 5
200 x 5
200 x 5
200 x 4

Close Grip Bench (long pause and explosive as possible)

60 x 6
80 x 6
90 x 6

Was not in the mood to train so nailed heavy caffeine/pre-workout supplements and then when got to 200 on squats went internal and dug deep, they felt heavy today but more reps on sets 2 ad 3 than last week - so very happy with that. Bench - just trying to ease back to some kind of form as long as shoulder feels okay.
