LOL. Couldn't say mate, I haven't had a proper go on Clegg's, just a cuople of lifts of it upstairs. Haydock's is heavier I think but not as tall.

Yeah, most of it he is keeping, a bit of it belongs to others such as myself and Ste.

The 350kg tyre would be a great acquisition, really good size and nice tread, best tyre I've used and the 450kg is not as good but is still great to train on.

the 450 is a piece of piss ben!!!

Yes, but you are freakishly good at tyre flipping Joseph. If tyre flip AND sandbag carry & load comes up in a comp be sure to enter it!

Total fitness

Cable stuff: x-pulls, chest pres, internal rotation, external rotation, dual standing low rows.

Front Squats

80kg x 4
100kg x 3
120kg x 3
135kg x 2, 2, 2

These were just not happening tonight, very tough.

Seated O/H Lockouts (from top of head)

60kg x 6
80kg x 5, 4, 4

Was pretty knackered heading into the gym as during usual dog walk I found a sheep stuck in the mud/sinking sands of Morecambe Bay. Rather than taking advantage of the situation like the rest of you dirty bas***ds would have done I spent 45mins trying to rescue it. This included shifting an approx 120kg log 40 odd metres to make sure I didn't also get stuck in the mud. Anyway, I couldn't get it out so reported it to the nearest farmhouse on the way back to the car. Roll-Eyes

JC, you can have this one if you like as it is still there. You'll have to pull it out of the mud though. And its dead.

Solid enough deadlifting there Ben.

Your training log needs videos, please remedy this.

If it is a video of the sheep you are after T I'm afraid I didn't get one.

Seriously though, I am a bit of a techno retard but was thinking of getting one of the cheap straight to youtube type vid cameras off amazon or something.

Deads were all nice clean pulls, would love to lift with textbook form like Cleggy but back tends to round a bit, lower back doesn't feel caned today though so am happy and on track. One lighter deads session and one heavier then a weeks rest before PB attempts!
