Good question Jamie, I just weighed myself at 104.3kg clothed so really need to lose 1kg a week to the comp as I really don't want the hassle of water manipulation etc during the last week.

Cheers JC, I'm enjoying the low rep work, I'm struggling with a cold at the moment so am particluarly happy with the unexpected PB!

Nice work on the axle Ben!

How did you get 45kg on it to start with though?

The fact that if its a 15KG axle, only need add 2 x 15KG plates to make 45kg?

Am I missing something?

Good mate, up until last night anyway with the 18" axle pulls which has torched my lower back - couldn't do them with good form, prob wont do them again until after the Worlds and may need a few extra days to recover before deadlifitng again.
