Was in two minds whether to go to the gym or not - should have stayed home! Push Press 60 x 6 80 x 5 Push Jerk Thing 90 x 3 100 x 1 105 x 1 110 x F 100 x 1 90 x 3 80 x 3 All ugly and horrible! Having to wrap wrist tightly due to hand injury. Tried a few sets of steep decline bench as I'd never done them before but they hurt my dodgy shoulder, so did a few sets of tricep press-downs just to make it feel like i had done something, then wondered why I had bothered. | ||

Just been doing stuff that doesn't aggravate my injured hand and tight lower back (from the heavy 18" rack pulls) too much. Will do a bit of stretching through the week and might even dig out the old foam roller. | ||
