Cheers mate, I have never failed a regular deadlift from the knee up only off the floor or mid-shin, so I suppose I must be stronger at the top end. I think the required hip drive for the 18"er kicked in a bit better last night, but defo easier on an oly bar anyway.

All ugly and horrible! Having to wrap wrist tightly due to hand injury.

Tried a few sets of steep decline bench as I'd never done them before but they hurt my dodgy shoulder, so did a few sets of tricep press-downs just to make it feel like i had done something, then wondered why I had bothered. Unhappy

Cheers Will, yeah thats it now. Just been doing stuff that doesn't aggravate my injured hand and tight lower back (from the heavy 18" rack pulls) too much. Will do a bit of stretching through the week and might even dig out the old foam roller.

sounds a bit like my plan for the rest of the week apart from the little un thinks i cant get up when he sees me on the roller and insists on helping me up then he proceeds to t**t shannon with it.
