Good work at the natural comp and good luck for the Worlds! I've trained at HHH a few times but only on Fridays so not met you. Mind you, with ginger Al already there it might be too much gingerness to cope with if you were there too! I'll be keeping an eye on this log from now on.

Shame about the HHH closing down, I'll hopefully get a couple more sessions in before it does though, will make a few trips and pick my stuff in stages.

I may be having the 120kg stone, the rest I dont know about, he is setting a place up in his garden, so I would imagine most of it he will be keeping.

The 350kg tyre would be a great acquisition, really good size and nice tread, best tyre I've used and the 450kg is not as good but is still great to train on.
