not bad for a 40kg jump... i tried the big jump thing tonight with a 30kg jump but only a 10kg pb... didnt happen tho and id say about 3 inches.... Unhappy

320 is my best, should of went for 330 really. i need to get more reps on 300 for a 340 though

thought id see where im at on shoulders after not training them with the injury

axle clean and push press from shoulders

71kg 8 reps
91kg 6 reps
111kg 6 reps
121kg continental clean 4 reps

shoulder had pain in it after last set, but bareable

65kg dumbell clean and press

failed twice

close grip axle bench press

71kg 6 reps
111kg 5 reps
141kg 5 reps

bench press

100kg 5 reps
140kg 5 reps

2 minute bike warm up, hamstring stretch

squat

bar 20kg 5 reps
60kg 5 reps
100kg 5 reps
140kg 3 reps
180kg 3 reps
220kg 2 reps with belt
260kg 2 reps with belt and knee wraps
280kg 2 reps with belt and knee wraps

shoulder was feeling okay up untill 280, and after i was in absolute agony!!! the pain is still killing now!!!

But youve just done a squat PB and hit 800kg total.
