i think i will mate, i just wanted 260kg squat this year. i got it, so ill keep to high bar squats and front squats. the 260 was easy, i have a video im uploading now. hardest part was walking backwards with it. maybe could of had 270 atleast.

thanks, id have liked to go a little lower to confirm the lift. but i think it'd be hard to argue the lift as it was slightly below parralel

SOME LIGHT SHOULDER REHAB.

light barbell seated presses and bench presses. some light shoulder raises and rotator cuff exercises.

still very painful.

thanks jc, squat and deadlift is looking good, just ashame about my shoulder.

a comp with two pressing events coming up! But at least one of them only requires one shoulder Grin

axle double over hand

71kg 6 reps
111kg 5 reps
151kg 1 rep

normal barbell

220kg 5 reps, paused after each rep
260kg 3 reps, paused after each rep
300kg 1 rep.

lat pull down 3 sets

bent over row 2 sets with 60kg

just light and easy day because shoulder was hurting thoughout workout. really need it to heal asap

just the left shoulder mate, definately an injury from low bar squatting. something has happened to rotator cuff. as soon as blood goes into muscle it really hurts. but during day its fine.

yes im training today mate, just no pressing. im thinking stone, farmers walk, grip holds and might do some abs.

log clean from lap each rep

62kg 5 reps
82kg 5 reps
102kg 5 reps
122kg 5 reps
142kg failed, shoulder hurting after the set before

stone 135kg

bought some veet wax, was slippy as f**k. every time i tried to pick it up my hands flew off like it was oil. waste of money.

tried cleaning stone, but couldnt get the wax off and it was too slippy to use.

rotator cuff exercises, just on left shoulder.

200 reps on abdominals, differant exercises.
