heres the 280kg squat, but the camera man turned it off before the lift!

my shoulder fuct up by doing really low bar squatting. ive raised the bar back to normal, was feeling great untill the 280kg!!

ive never had an injury before, but this injury is really effecting my training. and the pain is out of this world, im thinking something is torn inside. hope you heal mate. i dont know what to do, i cant even high bar squat now without messing up my shoulder!

yeah apparently helps support your joints by retaining more fluid. but i dont think it actually strengthens or heals the tendons or damaged tissue.

yeah ive also read that putting any sort of gear into the injured area is more likely to heal the injury due to the androgen receptors accepting more gear in that area.

dont understand why u doing a comp with 2 press events if your shoulders is f**ked and letting some other guy who is 100% fit miss out would it not be better just to rest up or shoot 5gram of deca into ur shoulder if u havent already and chill
and let someone who is feeling good for the comp a try

yeah if anyone wants my place they can have it. just was going to do what i can for experiance, not to win. every comp is an investment for the future.

most of these smaller comps dont get enough entries anyway, so if thats the case im helping out Happy

Nice squatting but unequipped is with belt & wrist wraps only, no knee wraps, no support shorts etc, that counts as equipped lifting mate.

Still a 20kg pb is a 20kg pb so well done

ive seen a few raw powerlifting comps using knee wraps. the drug free unequipped that they run at alexandre stadium by martin o grady they use them. it makes no sense to be allowed to use wrist wraps but not knee wraps in unequipped. i can do the lift with out knee wraps anyway.
