cheers but i dont think its great. im aiming for 260kg squat belt and knee wraps this year. trying something new on squats. adding 2.5kg aside each week, see how it goes.

80-85 degree angle seated shoulder press

20kg db- 10 reps
30kg db- 8 reps
40kg db- 6 reps
50kg db- 2 reps with wrist straps

80 degree angle smith machine seated shoulder press
(not sure weight of bar, prob 5kg)

20kg aside- 5 reps
35kg aside- 3 reps x 4 sets

close grip bench press (feet in air)

100kg- 5 reps
140kg- 5 reps
180kg failed but 4 reps touched

various tricep cable exercises differant handles. about 10-12 sets.

deadlift

raw 60kg- 10 reps
raw 100kg- 5 reps
raw 140kg- 5 reps
raw 180kg- 5 reps
belt 220kg- 5 reps
belt 260kg- 4 reps, had another one atleast in tank
290kg failed (poor)

bent over row

60kg- 8 reps
100kg- 8 reps
120kg- 2 reps (crap)

bodyweight chin ups

8 reps
6 reps
4 reps

seated hammer curls

15kg- 8 reps
20kg- 8 reps
25kg- 8 reps

single arm machine preacher curls

5 reps x 3 sets 25kg(ish)

single hand pinch

2x 10kg plates. 4 sets on each hand 15 second holds, right hand could of gone on for ages, left hand kept dropping at 15 seconds.

head not with it today mate , the weights felt light, but mind just didnt want to lift it. need to change my approach to deadlifts, been doing this routine for ages with no progress.

log clean then press

strict 60kg 5 reps
strict 80kg 5 reps
strict 100kg 5 reps
110kg 5 reps (video below)
120kg 4 reps (video below)

yoke.

poor! did 300kg 20 metres no drops few months back, needs some more practise.

200kg 30 metres? (no drops with turn)
240kg dropped at 10 metres pulled hip or something. did another 5 metres drop to turn, 10 metres more dropped again. finished last 5 metres.
280kg hip in pain, did 12ish metres dropped, then 3 metres dropped to turn. then did 14 metres dropped metre before end. finished it off.

bench press

raw 100kg 5 reps
raw 140kg 5 reps
wrist wraps 180kg 1 rep, then 4 reps touched

trained with chris today so took longer then normal to complete workout making me more tired. was surprised at yoke, looking poor.

cheers for comments. changing my routine, im going to squat once every 2 weeks and deadlift once every 2 weeks on alternative weeks. squats going well on a monday, improving. but on friday feeling tired and weights not going up.

new workout

week 1

mon- squat
fri- rack pulls or no deads

week 2

mon- front squat
fri- deadlifts
