![]() the best deadlifter, just smaller numbers Member 469, 1131 posts SQ 280, BP 200, DL 320800.0 kgs @ 116kgs UnEq | 16-09-09 strict barbell shoulder press 60kg 8 reps 80kg 6 reps left shoulder in absolutel agony, was really painful. tried just the 20kg bar for 2 sets of 10, felt okay, but still hurting during and after. was going to go home here, but thought id try some light exercises seated dumbell press 15kg 10 reps x 2 sets 3kg dumbell side and front raises for few sets each. shoulder press machine few sets of 6 light im thinking of not training shoulders for 2 weeks to see if rest helps. i think this injury is possibly from the low bar position on the squat. its pushing my arm back and pushing on my rotator cuff. | ||
