not bad for a 40kg jump... i tried the big jump thing tonight with a 30kg jump but only a 10kg pb... didnt happen tho and id say about 3 inches....

320 is my best, should of went for 330 really. i need to get more reps on 300 for a 340 though

shoulder had pain in it after last set, but bareable
65kg dumbell clean and press
failed twice

260kg 2 reps with belt and knee wraps

shoulder was feeling okay up untill 280, and after i was in absolute agony!!! the pain is still killing now!!!
