deadlift

100kg 5 reps beltless
140kg 3 reps beltless
180kg 3 reps beltless
220kg 3 reps beltless
260kg 3 reps belt paused after each rep
300kg 2 reps belt. 2 second pause after 1st rep. very easy, maybe had 2 more reps.
320kg 1 rep belt. very easy straight up. maybe had 1 more rep.
had a pain in my glute and lower back after this set and was putting me off my next set. think it was a nerve.
340kg belt, failed, moved 2 inches off floor. my shoulder was killing whole workout and the twinge in my back put me off this set, but i feel 340 isnt too far away.

dumbell rows

50kg 8 reps
65kg 6 reps x 2 sets

seated row, 3 sets light

hammer curls

12.5kg 3 sets x 10 reps

didnt do much back assistance or bicep as my back was killing.

having rest of week off and 2 weeks rest from shoulders.

yeh i am mate, but by the looks of things i may not be able to do the over head event unless my left shoulder heals. or could just do the two dumbells with my right shoulder

Bugger. Im supposed to be doing it too but havent trained properly for a few weeks so need to pull my finger out.

i havent been training either, i had a few weeks off without training or food. but im back in training mode now Wink

Similar to me - i had a week off on the run up to the Olympic Dragons comp then a few days off after and i think ive only trained two-three times.

2 minute bike warm up

light stretches

squat

60kg 5 reps
100kg 5 reps
140kg 4 reps
180kg 3 reps
220kg with belt 2 reps
260kg with belt 1 rep

shoulder completely f**ked, not low bar squatting for a long time. may have destroyed my rotator cuff for a while
