STRICT AXLE PRESS 95 - power clean & 2 presses 95 - power clean & 2 presses CHINS (under-hand grip) FROM AXLE BW + 20Kg - 2 reps BW + 20Kg - 2 reps KEG CARRYING Carried 110Kg(?) keg over approx 20 metres as fast as I could. Did it twice. Not as bad as I thought. I hate this sort of s**t!! | ||
