Todays erg should of been 4x14UT1 but I fancied a 30m to crack 8000m 6mins 1252m 18 93 30mins 8143m 1.50.5 25 158 10mins 2424 20 136 I had only done 7715m this season (for 30m) so just wanted to break 8 but it was so easy I sped up in the 2nd half, my pb of 8210m should be simple enough to crack as and when I attempt it. Feet down bench 60x10x2 80x10 100x4 120x4 140x1 150x1 160xf left arm locked but could not quite get the right locked, a gnats cock from finishing it. (159.5 would of gone) 140x3 100x21 last one paused Wheelie bin of doom about 2 minutes man it was horrible, I was surprised to find I did not fit in very well and also surprised I could not get out very easily. Quite proud of my Hose pipe attachment on it though which can be used to fill the bin and also empty it while repurposing the water. Hot tub 30 minutes.

I am a natural worrier but am hoping that this is a result of natural land movement or settling of the building. the house itself does have the odd plaster crack here and there as i think the whole of layland is built on sand

old age traveller Member 332, 7867 posts | I would be more concerned if there was a crack on the outside of the build. Most building materials will shrink contract etc as they settle and can be affected by changes in climate and moisture content. I do remember a new build company only coming out to "fix" any cracks if they were wide enough to fit the edge of a £1 coin in (within 1 year of buying) Measure it mark it date it Note if it changes.
