If it's the removal of demonstrably misleading or untruthful claims, then yes. Fundamentally, Trump tried to stack the courts (especially the Supreme Court) in his favour. He's got no evidence of fraud at all and he's lost over 50 court cases (and counting). I'm most excited to see how his priors catch up this year. Nothing would make my 2021 more to see that obnoxious orange cnut put behind bars. | ||

Trump's legal team hasn't even been asserting (in court) that fraud has taken place. The whole scheme is just another Trump scam to defraud his idiot fans of hundreds of millions of dollars. And then there are Trump's direct attempts at a coup, in that he has called several governors (Georgia most recently) to attempt to get them to overturn the results of the election in their state. Just because the narrative that Trump et al purport runs contrary to that of everyone else doesn't mean that it needs to be given equal weighting in the public sphere. It has no basis in reality or truth, and that has been shown to be the case (in court) more than 50 times. There has to come a point where intentionally dishonest, misleading and often dangerous narratives have to silenced. There are far too many gullible idiots who fall for it. | ||
