This afternoon we scrumped around 30kg of apples and made a whumpotron to juice them (16kg kettle bell) it was a good forearm/grip W/O

How does recovery feel from these pretty intense interval sessions?

The realist in me thinks a 3.04/5 is doable. Another minute at that pace is a VERY long way away

To get sub 3 I would need a proper programme and to be disciplined enough to stick to it, even then its a big ask I was dying badly at the end of the session today but had no "aftereffects" like I did post 1k the other week.

I guess loads of tren and epo might help me die faster

Recovery seems quicker from the "short sharp s**t hot" sessions than the longer harder stuff. I do need to do some 4-8minute sessions at AT..... manana

MR Will, its coming back little and often is working well

91kg if I were(more) vain i would lose 6.35kg or so and have a 6 pack
