Incline i pretty much just feel in my delts so rarely do. | ||

Dips and decline i feel the best in chest, which are essentially the same thing if you think about it. Seated shoulder press is always a high incline, not completely upright bench, i feel it best in delts like that. | ||

Yesterdays training..Bodyweight few days ago = 21 stone 6lb Seated press - to 100kg x 7 PB drop 60kg x rep out Standing press (strict) - 60kg x 25 Decline press - to 100kg x 30 (last 5 paused) PB Hammer strength shoulder press - 120kg x 15 then drop Hammer strength chest press - 140kg x a lot then drop Dumbbell front raises palms facing superset incline dumbbell flys - 15kg's x reps / reps Dumbbell laterals - 15kg's x ?? Tricep pushdowns ez bar - to stack then drops Side lateral machine - to stack x 12 PB then drop Used use that side lateral machine all the time, struggled like f**k to sit down in it now haha | ||
