Seated Barbell Press 40kg x 10 50kg x 10 60kg x 10 70kg x 10 Lateral Raise 15kg x 12 15kg x 12 15kg x 8 12kg x 15 12kg x 12 Grappler 1 Arm Press 30kg x 10 30kg x 10 Klokov Press 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 Smith Behind Neck Press 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 Hyperextension Barbell Row 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 Wide Grip Pull Ups BW x 8 BW x 8 Pendlay Row 100kg x 8 100kg x 8 Standing Hammer Row 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 Low Cable Curl 65kg x 10 High Double Cable Curls 25kg x 15 25kg x 15 Concentration Curl 25kg x 8 25kg x 8 Rope Crunch 15kg x 20 no rest 25kg x 20 no rest 35kg x 20 no rest 25kg x 20 no rest 15kg x 20 Little rotator cuff work and called it a day...all easy pump stuff, well under failure, felt very nice for a change and zero pressure was nice, banged out pretty quick with little rest. Really enjoyed today and was an oddity to get a pump, felt fun tbh, another easy pump session for legs wednesday and then i'll do some chest and a few other bits again friday before starting my peaking plan next week. | ||

Squat against bands 60kg + green bands x 5 80kg + green bands x 5 100kg + green bands x 5 120kg + green bands x 5 Trialing these out and they felt really really good, they reinforce perfect form and make you remain very upright, again all kept light with much more there, filmed the 100kg set, great fun. Wide Stance Good Mornings 100kg x 20 140kg x 10 160kg x 10 Again kept everything nice and easy and got some nice glute work in on these, my GM's are stronger than squats, go figure! Looks like quads are my weakness for sure. Lying Leg Curl 25kg x 15 25kg x 15 25kg x 15 Kept light and explosive with a slow negative, hams really felt nicely worked from these, never do these so made a nice change. Leg Extensions 35kg x 15 35kg x 15 40kg x 13 quads died a little Again just went purely for the pump and felt really good. Finished with a little ab work and all banged out in around an hour, feel nice and mobile now, really enjoyed just going easy with no pressure. | ||
