I suspect id be 300lb if i step'd on a scale now and lower back pump is pretty bad / i really am starting to struggle fitting in things, like a corridor if its fairly narrow i pretty much have to go backwards into another room and let someone past or i'm rubbing up against them trying to go past sideways. An small rooms i'm banging into things all the time. Being 400lb would present a lot of problems, including serious risk of dehydration in summer i'm sure. Probably around double bodyweight?? Hard to say but ed hall is my height an less than that.

Pressing is definately going up and it would seem leg power too just hopefully deadlift does. Doing back and legs again tomorrow.

Not competing, focusing on gym strength all year to bring it up and deadlift 300 x 10.
