Training's going to be opportunistic for a while I reckon. Front squat 60 80 90 100x8 Bench press 60 80 100x8 SLDL 100 140x8 I also went round the ring road on my new bike, trying to figure it out and all that. Buying a bike has further highlighted how long my legs are in relation to my overall height. Even the bike shop guy remarked on them! I've had to tinker with the bike a bit to make the ride more comfortable for me. It's resulted in me having to adopt a fairly aggressive riding position. | ||

This can be my commute to work quite easily from August. I'll tell you what, climbing at 90kg BW on a bike that weighs over 10kg is pretty hard going! | ||
