Id have thought on a good day big Tom Shaw wasnt far from 150, and i wouldnt class him as fat. Luke, the news on the car is a little depressing, if it ends up being close to 350 in the handles thats gonna be a bugger to those of us who are me!

Your in the wrong game to want to be 150 without a pot, makes it easyer to rest things on!!! Luke didnt quite make 150 but wasnt far off i believe, tht kid had some freakish genetics though to still have abs at 140 plus! If i had to hazard a guess wud say ben is probs down to 110-115 now ready to water cut for midlands 105's

Member 2775, 6927 posts | I've never been 150kg+ but my thoughts are that it would be better to hold more weight as aslong as you have just as much muscle, having extra weight in fat on you is going to end up getting you stronger if you are an active person like i am. You constantly wear a 20kg vest and that's resistance just as it is putting weight on a bar and weight in fat is resistance just the same. Aslong as its not a massive gut killing your moving events i can only see it helping. Lot of events at uk's bodyweight helps like truck pull, pole push, wrestling, mas wrestling etc course yoke and overhead stability too.

This is an excellent point Why don't you buy a 20kg weight vest and keep it on all day at work... I would if I was you!
