Yes mate. At the (lighter) weights im currently training it is usually not an awfully difficult set, however it was last night!Unhappy

I'm starting to utilise joker sets too. Not really sure if its best to hold back a bit on the top set beforehand.

Joining you on the diet 90.5k yesterday. had cake and beer and sweets but feel I still may have lost a bit...today Ive been good, but it always starts that wayRoll-Eyes

I don't know really! I didn't do any warm ups sets just went straight in, no chalk, very slippy handles.

Not done any strongman or grip work for 7-8 months now
