Fanny BADLY needs to get some stones practice in. Only tried it once with an 80kg.

stones is something i really need to have a go at soon too. seemed like you put lots of effort in on them roger Happy, i can imagine them being very tricky to begin with.

Ive really f*cked up my elbow now and last nights training has made it worse. Ive suffered with it for a while now but its constantly aching now horrible. I originally thought it was tennis elbow but cant seem to pinpoint an exact location where the pain is, its almost like its the entire joint.

Think I might have to stick to just deads and squats (maybe both twice a week) for now I think if i do any pressin or pulling movememnts I m going to make it worse Unhappy

Guessing its a visit to physios as GP's never seem to do anything for stuff like this in my experience

hmmm debable Rico!

Wasnt feeling 100% on the deads. I wanted sets of 5 throughout really but didnt feel good pusing for 5 on the other 3 sets was going to do any favors for my neck issue (even tho the elbow issue was ok using straps). The front squats I did afterward were a waste of time really, I was more interesting in going home for tea! Embarassed

On watching vid again I notice my hips are way higher than I think they should be at the start of a deadlift.

Hixxy - I just save my big lifting for special occasions lol

Pagan - haha upto my ankles indeed, Ankles prob only part of me that not injured at moment!

My back is nice and stiff today! Following chiropractor appointment today she says Im able to start back squats again (which is nice)

Plenty of time to get it right. Pain in the arse though...

Yeah going to give the comp a go. Seemed like a good idea at the time lol.

Only been training at OSG for a couple of months. Great place, just wish i found the place a few years ago!

Suppose not a bad sessions sonsidering I nearly didnt train after feeling s**t and neck really bothering me.
Hwever today (fri monring) after buying better pillows my neck feels better and got another visit to chiropractor at lunch time
