Rodge, the cable stack is light, okay for one handed stuff... (Phil Phister style - stood ont he BOSU!)... the Low Row machine is good, esp' overhand grip on the fat bar (not the actual handles). Congrats on the axle PB!

Only 2 weeks until my comp now but Im going to have to take another week off. Been suffering from a bad cold but...
Got taken into A&E thursday night was dizzy beyond belief, slurring and couldnt see properly. My heart rate was a little low they told me and sodium levels in my bloody were low.
Its possible I had/have labrynthitis, the inner ear condition affecting balance, brought on by a virus.
So rest this week and drastically reduced my intake of water (oooooops)

Cheers mate yeah just resting. feel ok just tired and bit achey really nothing more. good that i've lost some bodyweight by not caning so much water though!Happy
