(Phil Phister style - stood ont he BOSU!)... the Low Row machine is good, esp' overhand grip on the fat bar (not the actual handles). Congrats on the axle PB! | ||

salad dodger *missing* Member 1805, 10367 posts SQ 215, BP 121, DL 240576.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | 23rd Feb Felt far from strong even when I got to the gym lol and tired Strict Press 5x42.5kg 3x55kg 3x62.5kg last grinder from hell - not good 3x61kg better 2+Fx62kg so nearly last rep F***ing retard PushPress 3x70kg F+2+Fx80kg grrrr pooh tech. 3x78.5kg better! 2+Fx81kg so nearly last rep (again technique was amiss) CG Bench 3x75kg even this felt hard - sums up sessionr eally 3x85kg - better than warm up! 2+Fx87kg help required to get bar off me.... d1ckhead 3x85kg down on last week Lockouts on Smith to Front 4x66kg 4+Fx66kg better than last week 5x66kg improvement. Maybe should have turned round and gone home as soon as i got to gym haha | ||

Been suffering from a bad cold but... Got taken into A&E thursday night was dizzy beyond belief, slurring and couldnt see properly. My heart rate was a little low they told me and sodium levels in my bloody were low. Its possible I had/have labrynthitis, the inner ear condition affecting balance, brought on by a virus. So rest this week and drastically reduced my intake of water (oooooops) | ||
