dunno maybe too bigger jump up? seems sillier now then it did at the time

20m x 100kg hard work!!
first time doing these, prob need to time next time

Front yoke carry

20m x 156kg bette breathing

Well thats it loved it, pressing crap left elbows is burning and aching like a twŁt Angry

Hope so will ring her tomorrow mate! it was aching so much ealier that i covered it in superdrugs own brand muscle rub and sat watching tv with my arm stright out as it hurt to have elbow bent Unhappy

Forgot until I typed up my lg that they were PB's still s**t loads of work to do on the pressing!

yes and no... Wink ok it is a confidence boost (but we always want MORE dont we?)

I actually had problems getting hold of the axle, trying to grip it overhand, then struggling, getting it onto belt mixed grip then messing the clean up - maybe i need to lean back a bit, maybe i was tilting forward i dunno haha

cheers mate - didnt even realise you were stood there let alone filming lol

On further inspection I think I need to adopt the 2nd bit of leg drive if Im going to get 80-85kg above my head for log/axle
I need to practive it

Congrats on the PB pushies! Sounds like they are clicking into place now. I'll sort some extra sandbags to slot into the outer shell soon.
