Hurt it 4 weeks ago in the garden and I reckon I've made it worse from deadlifting with bad form. Really working to re learn good form (not sure I ever had good form but it's been better the last 18 months until now). Seeing sports therapist on friday | ||

My technique was terrible and we won't even mention hitching. Not hitched for 3 years at least haha | ||
