have you got a specific problem with your back rodge or is it just the old , it just gets sore from time to time ?

Shame to hear back still giving you issues mate. Hope you get it sorted.
That said some decent front squats there mate, wish I could do those weights, think at present they would bury me!
Upper body stuff seems to be ok, decent chin ups.

Not sure Lads. Hurt it 4 weeks ago in the garden and I reckon I've made it worse from deadlifting with bad form. Really working to re learn good form (not sure I ever had good form but it's been better the last 18 months until now).

Is there anyone local that could coach you, correcting form on the fly, if only for a session now and then? I want to believe that it's fixable.

surely you know how to deasdlift rodge , you are a great deadlifter !!

possibly strip the weight back down to the kinda weights I am shifting and start FRESH !!

I think 130kg is pretty stripped!
I was never a great deadlifter to be fair. My technique was terrible and we won't even mention hitching. Not hitched for 3 years at least haha

Couldn't Deadlift as back totally not right and had treatment on it yesterday.
Hard session - not fully prepared with food or hydration and trained straight after a kids tree top adventure 5th birthday party which didn't help my back.
