Needless to say I wasn’t looking forward to training today! Spent most of Saturday asleep. Couldn’t sleep Saturday night. Felt rough yesterday. Body felt like it had been hit by a train this morning. For me, Monday's squats were at 85% and deadlifts yesterday were 80% Cheers mate. | ||
