Thanks fanny! not sure about the training though.... back to work today. not 100% Still. not trained since wednesday. not training until fri at earliest.

Not completely mate but glad I trained at least and it went well. Hopefully events sunday then thats about it until 20th I think

err not sure what you call them Sam. A push press is a single leg dip aint it? - I used two dips with my legs - what are they called?

ahh yes power jerk thats what I was doing cheers Happy Been calling them (wrongly) push press for quite a while! lol I did used to do proper push presses but now do these as my shoulders and tri's and still so weak.

Err dunno, Log is my focus point really but it might not be a bad idea!!! (unless I wing it on the day lol)

ps Pagan cheers mate not feeling 100% but so much better for training felt a bit wierd when driving on way to gym and on way just buzzing then a bit dixxy when I got in lol. Blood tests on mon morning, nice.
