Cheers, things feel like theyve gone backwards especially with the deadlifts.
After a visit to chiropractor monday, then the GP today the GP tells me I have costochondritus, hence the rib pain.
Not trained since last saturday and looks like ive going to have to sit out another week.

Got mild tennis elbow to left elbow too, c*nt.

Feel like s**t too so wouldnt have been great training feeling like this anyway.

Want to train but prob not advisable. Watch this space Happy

Taking another weeks rest due to this c*nting costachondritus bo***cks. No point trying to train when its even painful turning over in bed Angry NSAIDS dont seem to be doing much. Not very happy

just over 3 weeks complete rest cant bear not training anymore, so did a litle bit tonight nothing heavy or exciting

thats it literally 3 movements ribs no problem at all, can feel my elbow joint being painful though.

May try squats this week too.

Ive got a hell of a lot to do to be fit and ready for Champions of the future.
Dont want to push things too heavy too quick and end up re-hurting myself

Sorry mate edited my post i meant I feel less confident WITH the belt, god knows why?!!! Im attibuting the belt (or wearing it too tight last time) to my hurting my ribs and feel like I dont really wan to use it. I think a jump of 10kg from my old PB was too much given Ive not done Back squats for a month. Will come good soon i hope

Yeah Enjoyed being back there after 7 years! Was talking to Greg (my postman), told him he appeared in your 135kg push press vid and that he was now famous lol
