Bodyweight has crept up to 87kg. Either I've been eating too many peanuts or I've packed on some leg muscle. Either way, a 170kg front squat wouldn't currently be double bodyweight.

I have some VOLUME planned for later.

Random question here: how strong do you reckon you’d be if you never lifted?
For example, what do you think you could strict press, zercher etc...

No idea about numbers, but definitely well above average. I was known for being strong from a young age.

I was involved in a big restraint at work last night, which went on for ages and made my hamstrings work. This meant my legs weren't fresh for tonight's training.

Fronts - 8 singles with 155kg.

Followed by a bit of pressing and box jumping.

what flavor crisps are optimal for front squat performance? How much sofa rest is required between sessions?

Also, when I tried front squatting the other day, it was really quite uncomfortable on my collar bones. Will this issue go away of its own accord?

I actually haven't been very sofa based recently. I've been front squatting twice a week. I may drop down to once a week when I can do 170kg consistently.

I was having a bit of collar bone discomfort due to being lighter, but that seems to have settled down. Persevere with it.
