Too many to list!

I must have done 25+ strongman comps in total, with mixed results!

I've taken my foot off the pedal a bit in recent times.

I'm not convinced with hacks either. Tough lift, very quad dominant, but I find they bounce off my hamstings too, which potentially stalls the lift.

Interesting session nonetheless Happy

It's unusual to find a strength athlete who doesn't dead lift and doesn't often (back) squat, but what I'm doing seems to be working for me! I'm feeling good and my back problem isn't much of an issue these days. I do need a bit of event work before the midlands comp though.
