I'm 5'4". My legs are very short! My arms are the longest part of me, but I wouldn't call them long.

I've never done much dead lift training. It f**ks me up and can take a week to recover from! It affects everyday life and work too much, so I've never really bothered!

Good stuff. Liked the zercher lift vid. That would be sweat to do with 220. I myself will never try it as my arms are f'd generally Happy

Had a thought. Why not do a zercher lift into then a contenental cleanand finish with a press Happy
