 has spent time in a modern educational setting Member 47, 1221 posts | Lads, I went to a Steve Brooks show about five years ago and each competitor had 'theme music'. They were introduced using it before the any of the events had started and they played a 5-10 second clip before each competitor did each of their events. It's maybe a bit cheesy but Boxing have obviously done it for years and I think that Cricket do it too(in Twenty20) when a batter comes out. I know some people will probably take the piss out of this but I personally think that to appeal to a wider audience strongman needs to be a bit 'showbiz'. For my theme song, I was thinking about 'Made in England (Elton John)' to wind up the Scots  or Barbie Girl to take the piss out of myself. I can't quite decide. | ||
