If that goes right then obviously go for the press. If the clean goes wrong use the next 60-70 secs to rest and then go for the clean in "stages". I'm giving away tactics here. Doh! | ||

But that is a good plan. I could suggest plan b-part2: do a continental clean really high on your chest, and then flick it over. Thats my plan  | ||
